Halo Service Solutions is a fast-growing software company with offices in the USA, UK and Australia, building innovative service management platforms for a global audience. Our systems allow businesses and organizations of all kinds to streamline their internal processes, improve visibility, and ultimately gain efficiency. Our experienced team has worked with prestigious organizations including Microsoft, McLaren, Siemens, and Sony, and we have ambitious plans to scale quickly over the next few years!
As we continue expanding our presence in the United States, our Bellingham, Washington office plays a key role in that growth. We are building something ambitious in Bellingham and are looking for graduates who want to grow with it. We hire graduates in structured intakes so you can train together, build strong professional relationships from day one, and progress as a group.
Work Location & Commitment
This is a full-time, 100% in-office role based in Bellingham, WA. We believe strongly in in-person collaboration, particularly for our graduate training program.
As we continue building our Bellingham office, we are prioritizing candidates who are already based locally or have confirmed relocation plans in place prior to June 2026.
Candidates must have unrestricted right to work in the United States. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role at this time.
About the Role
As a Graduate Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in our success from day one, gaining experience on rotations in every department of the company from business development, to consultancy, to sales, and more. You can expect to work collaboratively with our friendly team while in direct contact with management.
This is a hands-on role where responsibility increases quickly based on performance. You will:
- Work directly on live customer projects and new business opportunities.
- Analyze customer requirements and help design tailored solutions.
- Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of our service management platform.
- Contribute to client-facing discussions and internal strategy sessions.
- Develop confidence presenting ideas and explaining complex concepts clearly.
We expect our staff to push themselves to achieve more and challenge themselves to try new things in all their rotations. In return, you can expect to be thoroughly supported in your journey with Halo. You will receive full training, regular 1-2-1s with your designated mentor, and salary increases based on your performance! While you may start in one area, the opportunity to move internally is huge, offering you the opportunity to grow your career in your chosen direction, under a permanent contract.

Please note: This is not a software development role. We are hiring into commercial and client-facing areas such as consultancy, project delivery, sales, and business development.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline).
- Customer service experience.
- Good all-round basic IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
