Overview:
We are looking for ambitious individuals who are seeking to develop a successful career in the construction industry as Estimators and Project Managers.
With us you will learn and get experienced with overseeing and managing various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have some experience in project coordination, and would be passionate about construction estimating, construction site management, and project scheduling. As well as communication with customers and ability to close the deal and upgrade the deal for both residential and commercial customers.
Duties:
– Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end
– Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
– Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
– Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
– Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
– Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking
– Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
– Handle contract negotiations and change orders
– Implement project coordination strategies to ensure timely completion
Qualifications:
– Familiarity with construction management and estimating
– Strong understanding of project scheduling and resource allocation
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Drivers license with a clean driving record
– Comfortable working on a computer and different computer softwares

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
