The Consumer Services Division analyzes, researches, and pursues resolution of consumers written insurance complaints, and provides telephone assistance to consumers who call with insurance-related questions and concerns. We are also responsible for identifying company, agent and industry issues and trends that may require closer regulatory review by the Department. Our staff requires extensive verbal and written interaction with the general public and with regulated entities, including occasional public speaking opportunities, and possible participation in informal conferences and administrative hearings involving regulated entities.
Job entails:
> A review of all Publications for accuracy and readability. CSD would provide statutes and regulations and any additional information that would assist with the review.
