Job Title: Student Athletic Trainer

Our camp aims to provide young athletes with the skills, knowledge, and support necessary to excel both on and off the field. Responsibilities:
- Assist certified athletic trainers in providing medical care and support to camp participants.
- Help with the prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries.
- Provide first aid and emergency care as needed.
- Aid in the implementation of injury prevention strategies and protocols.
- Assist with taping, bracing, and other preventive measures.
- Communicate effectively with coaches, parents, and camp staff regarding athlete health and safety.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Adhere to all camp policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Assist with other camp-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an accredited athletic training program.
- Basic knowledge of sports medicine principles, techniques, and practices.
- CPR/AED certification (current or willing to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in sports medicine or athletic training is preferred.
- Passion for working with youth athletes and promoting their overall well-being.
Compensation: This is a paid position.
$400 per 4 Day Overnight Camp
$300 per 3 Day Overnight Camp
