Position Description:
Assist the grounds staff in maintaining the campus grounds and parking lots. Work will include, but is not limited to, general yard care and parking lot maintenance: mowing lawns, edging beds and sidewalks, weeding beds, raking leaves and other debris, pruning, planting/transplanting, watering lawns and beds, washing vehicles, cleaning parking lots, painting parking lines, installing wheel stops and informational parking signs, and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements (candidates must possess these requirements in order to be hired into this position):
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Able to lift 50 pounds safely. Ability to drive vehicles. Comfortable with small gas-powered equipment. Must provide own sturdy footwear (lightweight boots) and raingear. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Hours per week: 9 hours
