Wolf Industries | Battle Ground, WA 98604 Full-time | On-site Pay: $25-40/hr, based on demonstrated ability and experience Benefits and other compensation: 401k, medical, pto etc – all the perks.
Bring good ideas to life—and keep the details moving.
You notice when a design feels off. You enjoy talking with people, asking useful questions, and turning what you learn into a clear message. You like variety, but you also like a calendar, a plan, and the satisfaction of finishing what you started.
Wolf Industries is looking for a hands-on Marketing & Brand Lead to help more people understand our homes, our process, and the people behind the work.
About Wolf
We build small modular homes in Battle Ground. Our in-house teams bring together permitting, engineering, factory construction, site work, delivery, and finishing. There are real stories to tell here—from construction details in the shop to the families who make our homes their own.
Your role
You’ll create and coordinate marketing across social media, email, our website, paid advertising, and events. You’ll keep Wolf’s voice and presentation consistent, help generate qualified sales leads, and keep projects moving from idea to completion.
This is a working lead position—not a role focused only on strategy or delegation. You’ll contribute directly while helping guide one or two teammates. You’ll collaborate as a peer with our Video Producer, coordinating campaigns and stories without being expected to handle every stage of video production yourself.
What you’ll do
Maintain a practical marketing calendar with clear priorities, owners, and deadlines.
Create and refine copy, graphics, emails, social posts, and website content.
Apply Wolf’s brand guidelines so our communications feel like one company and one voice.
Talk with customers, sales staff, and shop and field teams to uncover useful stories and questions.
Collaborate with the Video Producer on briefs, interviews, campaign assets, and distribution.
Manage paid campaigns within agreed budgets and test messaging, creative, and audiences.
Review lead quality and campaign results with sales, then recommend practical improvements.
Coordinate event materials and marketing support.
Keep assets, approvals, project details, and follow-up organized.
Give teammates clear direction, helpful feedback, and dependable follow-through.
What matters most
An eye for design. You recognize clear layouts, thoughtful imagery, and consistent presentation.
People skills. You listen well, communicate clearly, and help others work toward a shared result.
Organization. You can manage different projects without losing deadlines or details.
Ownership. You raise issues early, seek solutions, and finish the work.
Coachability. You take feedback without defensiveness and stay curious through unfamiliar work.
Practical comfort with numbers. You’re willing to review spending, lead quality, and results—not just likes and views.
Genuine interest. You want to learn about our homes, architecture, employees, and the people we serve.
Experience and training
We’re open to a strong recent graduate, someone with a few years of experience, or a career changer with relevant ability. A marketing degree, homebuilding background, and mastery of every advertising platform are not required.
We can teach our industry and tools. Bring examples of your creative judgment, organization, communication, and willingness to learn. School, personal, freelance, volunteer, and professional projects are welcome.
What success looks like
Marketing work goes out consistently and accurately. Teammates know what needs to happen next. Our message is clear across channels. Sales receives useful leads, and campaign decisions are informed by results.
Our values guide the work: We Seek Solutions. We Own It. We Move with Urgency. We Stay Positive.
