Harassment and Discrimination Prevention

Student staff members have access to the Compliance Training – Students and Student Staff tile at login.pugetsound.edu.

All new student staff members need to complete the Discrimination Awareness in the Workplace training as part of their work. Returning/continuing students need to re-complete the course annually.

A student who has recently been hired in your department and has completed the training during the past year can download their certificate of completion from their “Training History” page in the training system.

Certificates of completion should be retained (either physically or digitally) in your department files for the duration of a student’s employment.
